Upon visiting, we had the pleasure of working with both she and Derrick Wynn to purchase my first Mercedes. Derrick very personable, and also went out of his way to make our experience as easy as possible. Ramona gave us a guided tour of the dealership and maintenance department, and we were even given a VERY THOROUGH walk through of the features of my vehicle.
