Please ask for Andrei Bucatari as he is AMAZING, communicative and so very helpful! He is always telling me what all my options are and giving me the best advice on how to move forward with maintaining my car and its service. Keep up the amazing service! I called the dealership this morning to get my Mercedes me app connected. Spoke to Royce on the phone, within two minutes. I had an email sent to me and within 20 minutes everything was paired and connecte me app connected. Spoke to Royce on the phone, within two minutes. I had an email sent to me and within 20 minutes everything was paired and connected. He made this super seamless and easy! Will definitely be going to this dealership for all of my Mercedes needs! Dan has always been wonderful to work with. He is professional, prompt, attentive to our needs and always willing to help in anyway he could.
