I attempted to connect with a sales representative at Raceway first thing in the morning. Was told that they were too busy at that time and then I would hear back. After about five hours I reconnected and then ended up waiting another hour and a half before someone was able to call me and discuss a car that I was interested in. The car I was looking at had been on the lot for almost 90 days. Danny did a FaceTime walk around and was very helpful throughout (to be fair). By early evening we were by phone negotiating the price. A sales person named Danny was the go-between myself and a manager named Dave. As of 6:32 PM I had my offer to Danny and I waited for a response back. My offer did not include the stated dealer prep fee of $895 which seemed unreasonable for a car that only had 16,000 miles on it and still had its original tires. Although the dealership closes at 8 o'clock, I never received a phone call. The next morning I reached out and was told that the car had been sold to someone who came in at 7:15 at night. No call was given to me to keep me in the loop. I was not asked at any point if I would pay the full asking considering a new person had come into the picture after 88 days of sitting on the lot. What an unprofessional operation. More

Did a lot of research before driving over 2hrs to checkout a used vehicle. Justice couldn’t have been better to deal with. I went in and had a nice conversation with the sales person and came upon a fair agreement, fairly quick. Maybe not the best deal, but that's on me. Now this is where everything goes downhill. The computer network went down and they couldn't proceed with the process until the computers were back up. Us and 4-5 other groups were all waiting. During the wait, they really tried to push us to take the car home and leave the trade-in, saying they will help with cleaning out our old vehicle. We elect not to. Either way, we were in at 6pm, agreed on a deal close to 8pm, but couldn't get out until 11pm! And with 2 tired children didn't help! The next afternoon, my wife came to get the new car and hand in our trade in. She had to wait about 2 and half hours before getting it! This is after they wanted to help clean out our vehicle the night before and had the morning to get the car ready. This would've been a 2 star rating, but the sales person was very polite during the whole wait, so that deserves another star. If you have the patience, then more power to you More
