There’s just always a disconnect here between people at the desk & billing & then where your car is when your done. My check In person Cassandra was great - but after yoh pay II liters was waiting until the desk & billing & then where your car is when your done. I was very disappointed that I requested a tire rotation and oil change. When I got the car back I had checked the tires only to find out that the rotation was never done. I was being charged for rotation a and oil change. When I got the car back I had checked the tires only to find out that the rotation was never done. I was being charged for rotation and trusted your service department to take care of my wants and needs. There was definitely lack of communication between the service desk and mechanic. I don’t know if I have trust in this department. Now my concern for my safety needs are at risk. I paid for this service and I feel like I was taken advantage of. More
