Went looking for a new car. I went to this dealership looking for a new toy. Was trying to pickup a second car just to have some fun with. I am a big car enthusiast. However when it came down to the money and the final parts before signing the papers for the car, things got a little hairy. I do NOT recommend you walk into this dealership with cash in hand. I will not single anyone out. My sales rep was great. But the finance people are not someone to trust money with. But be very cautious! More

After deciding on a Subaru Outback, he found me the exact version and options I wanted. He did not try to push us into features or add-ons that I didn’t want. I feel we got a good price. Financing was also uncomplicated. I never felt rushed, pressured or not listened to. I can’t say that about every other car dealership I visited. Postsale Larry is still checking on our satisfaction and got our questions answered. I’m very happy to recommend Rafferty Subaru. More

Also, for what our vehicle was in for, could have been checked much sooner than late afternoon. Since it was dropped off the night before, for a scheduled appointment. And not being able to get any info on status, through multiple phone calls throughout the day was a total disgrace. More
