Level of detail missing Car had been in six times for only two issues, since purchased in Feb of 2019. A water leak was fixed after three visits but interior panels not reinstalled correctly (loose and missing screws and missing fasteners) repaired by me. Another three times to replace (not repair) faulty TPMS (tire pressure) module. Note that this module is NOT the sensor in the tire, but the main pressure "brain" in the car. Looks like a short in electrical system not discovered until the third visit. Note that both problems were not typical but the repairs seem to have been completed hastily with a lack of detail. More

Had a flat on the way to work, put the donut on and drove straight to Rafferty, without an appt. They drove me to work, replaced the tire, washed my car, and then called me and asked if I wanted them to pick me up. Never had that happen before. More

They didn’t sell us anything we didn’t need but they made sure we knew all of options to ensure we made the right decision for our needs. Our sales guide, Marty Smith, has all the patience we needed to help make our decision. He encouraged me, a older but new driver, as I was test driving to check out the different features that, as a new driver, would be important to me. He considered all of our wants and needs as well as how we were going to use the vehicle. Filling out the paperwork was a dream. Everyone the time in the world for us to answer our questions and consider our concerns. We had a family emergency during our visit and they assured us that if we needed to leave we would be able to pick up where we left off. We felt like we were the only customers in the place when it was teaming with several buyers. We couldn’t be happier and are grateful for Rafferty. More

Service, inspection Got a loaner. Very helpful, has top off an issue. No gasoline station that close. Drove 8 miles to get gas and bring car back when I only drove 19 mil Got a loaner.
