I have worked with seth before while buying my last truck. he is very helpful and patient to deal with. He will let you have all the time you want to look and think with out trying to push a deal on you. I have been very pleased with my truck buying experience with this dealer, seth worked a lot of numbers to meet my request for getting a new truck since I was just getting my oil changed on the other truck.

"Whatever you do don't shop at Rairdon's you will regret..."

Whatever you do don't shop at Rairdon's you will regret it. They promise you this that and everything, and don't deliver. They say they will call you back and don't. If you go through them to get financed, they screw up your credit. They tell you the loan has been secured, when it has not. They let you take home " your new truck" telling you that everything is secured and enjoy, then wait 6 days before calling you to tell you that they screwed around with your credit so much now no one will give you a loan. They say all there used cars go through a 300 point inspection, and are in perfect mechanical order. I took it to my mechanic and he found over $3000 worth of problems, like the wheel bearings that were miles from failure. They sell you vehicles meant for the road that are not street legal. I got a $360 ticket driving it home for no fender flare's or mud flaps. Will they help with that? Nope. There salesmen are rude and treat you like your an idiot. They ran my trade in into another truck, now they wont pay for it, and they got aggressive with me when I said I was calling my insurance. they offered me $150 to go away and forget about it when it costs $960 just to replace the fender that was damaged. When they are selling you the car they never tell you the actual price of the vehicle, they just tell you what your payments are going to be. They even make you sign a title to the new vehicle, write out you deposit info for your bank, take the money out of your account before you ever even own the vehicle. Then they get all pissy when you ask for your money back, try to say that it was a rental fee for the mileage you put on the vehicle that they told you owned when in fact you don't. Now I can't make you not shop there but you have been warned. Please tell all your friends family and loved ones not to waste time with this company.

I was referred by a co worker who purchased here. I have to say she was spot on. Seth my salesperson was very nice and patient. I came in and found a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee I liked. I told Seth I needed to shop around to make sure this was the vehichle I wanted. Never once did he pressure me. He showed me every thing about the Jeep. I did not buy at first. I went home did my research and found that the internet price was a good price. Seth called to thank me for coming in. At that point I told him I needed to look at financing thru my credit union. He said they can do that for me. Wow, I picked up my new Jeep and they did all the paperwork thru the credit union for me. It was a great experience for buying a car. I recommend highly. Thanks Seth. They lied to us!!! said this car was very good nothing wrong with it and needs new trany oil lecks the price was to much for what they sold it customer service every car they had to offer had something wrong with it save time money rip off place no joke they have a 7 day exchange thats a joke to they lied about that they said off there lot but thats not what we were told 1st off the bat!!! RAIRDONS IS NOT A PLACE TO BUY!!!! THEY WILL LIE TO YOU ALL 4 I CALLED THE ONE DOWN SOUTH AND WHERE just AS RUDE they tryed to sell me a car over the phone but when i said i had the 7 day exchange they turned very rude save money dont buy there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"My 2003 Dodge Ram 4x4 Quad Cab pickup with 50k miles..."

My 2003 Dodge Ram 4x4 Quad Cab pickup with 50k miles began to have transmission malfunction. I brought the truck in for lube, oil, & filter and to have the transmission looked at, under warranty. It turned out that the connection to the PCM was dirty. They cleaned the connection and the trans shifted correctly again. When I picked up my truck they presented me with a bill for the lube, and an additional bill for $102 for the transmission. It seems like a nickel and dime job, and rather unreasonable to charge for service under warranty. They said that they had to replace parts in order for Chrysler to pay anything, and that the Chrysler warranty has a $100 deductible anyway... what's up with that? If the connection was dirty enough inside to cause a malfunction then it must be improperly shielded or defective. I have never seen a maintenance schedule list cleaning electrical connections as a routine maintenance function. Don't let them wash your vehicle after service, they don't get it clean anyway and tend to smear scratching particles around on the paint. I will say, however, that my initial purchase experience was one of the best I have ever experienced at any dealership. My salesman Guy, who is no longer with Bellingham Chrysler, treated me very fairly on my trade and did an excellent job of making the transaction go smoothly.
