There was hardly any back and forth. He made it as easy as possible for me. The entire process, from the moment I walked in to choose a car to driving the new car off the lot, took less than two hours. My very first Acura! Stepped into Rallye Acura to get into my very first Acura. We were greeted by William Tsevas who was pleasant and very knowledgeable. I told him what I was looking for but wasn't sure which package would be most reasonable for me. Before we sat to discuss numbers, William gave me a complete tour of the vehicle and suggested I test drive it. Once back at the shop, we sat down and crunched numbers. William gave me several options on different packages. I was pleasantly surprised and was able to chose a package that gave me everything I wanted and more, and at a very reasonable price! William was very attentive and extremely knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable and was not rushed or pushed into a decision at all. We signed papers that night and I was able to pick up my brand new Acura MDX (Technology Package) the very next day! William was there to greet me with a smile and my keys! He gave me a complete tour of the service area (which is immaculate as is the entire dealership). We finalized everything and then he took me outside to check over my new vehicle. Nico (don't recall his last name) was there to give me a tutorial on all the fun technology gadgets. What an amazing and stress free experience! I will be sure to stay with Acura in the future!
