The following day we came in to do the official purchase of the vehicle and Kevin did everything he possilbly could to see that we were more than satisfied with our purchase. Throughtout the day while we waiting for the preparation of our Lexus, he remained availabe and assured us that all of our expectations woud be met, and they were. Prior to leaving, he remained with us to assure that we understood the total functionality of the technologies of our new car. For starters, the dealership is beautifully maintained, with all the models on display and space to relax. Everyone is extremely friendly and un-pushy. You really feel like you are at a Luxury dealership. We worked wth Neil and he was kind, straightforward and easy to work with. Neil was extremely accessible and always quick to answer e-mails and questions. We felt comfortable throughout the process and with the end result. Unlike past experiences we had at other dealerships, there were no games and there was no pressure. We can't say enough about how smooth the process was at Rallye and continues to be as Neil and his team to this day remain available to help us with any questions we have from time to time. We are happy to have joined the Lexus family and look forward to working with Neil on our future leases. More

Extremely professional and honest dealership I've purchased and traded in cars many times in the past, and have owned cars from almost every brand out there. I've dealt with all kinds of salesme I've purchased and traded in cars many times in the past, and have owned cars from almost every brand out there. I've dealt with all kinds of salesmen and managers, and have had to endure their games way too many times. As you can imagine, I wasn't looking forward to the dealership experience again. To my surprise, this wasn't the case at Rallye. They wasted no time allowing me to test drive the car I wanted, and immediately had me speak with one of the managers directly (Leo Kwan, who is amazing and extremely professional). Since it was late at night and I had my wife and kid with me, I told him I'd get back to him the next day. He gave me his cell phone number and was very responsive over text messages. I met him the next day, and within 30 minutes or so, he evaluated my car and we easily came to an agreement. Importantly, he gave me a very fair value on my trade-in. I've walked out of many dealerships in the last couple of weeks (and with past cars) over the ridiculous prices some dealers threw at me.....usually several thousand dollars under the trade-in value posted on KBB. Leo and I had a very honest and easy-going negotiation over everything else, and it was a no-brainer for me. Couldn't believe it was that easy. This dealer doesn't gouge you on interest rates either. They find the best rate and pass it along to you - whereas other dealers sometimes make money on interest rates as well. Michael Fiore was a pleasure as well. He didn't leave me hanging for the time spent waiting on the documents. I highly recommend both Michael and Leo. Any questions that I had on the new car were answered, and Michael even offered to spend some time with me and show off the features. I had to rush out of there, but Michael told me I could even come back another day if I wanted to go over some things. Overall, great experience, very professional, and these guys seem genuine about running an honest dealership. Reputation is important to them. I highly recommend this dealership. More

She is a kindly person and is prepared to answer any question you have about any vehicle.
