One suggestion for improvement would be during the corona virus it would have been nice to have an option for a complete electronic signing of documents to reduce the time in contact with the team. review of service. I was pleased with the service that qua done on my first time at Ramsey Auto center. We really are enjoying our ASCENT that we purchased in December 2019. The only problem we are having is keeping the screens in the back windows. You would think that as loved with extras that it is that there would be a better solution tp holding the screens in than a small square of sheet metal.
