Based on this information, I used ConsumerReports.org to find dealerships in my area which would offer me the best price. Ramsey Volvo showed up at the top of the list with the best price and a C-R guarantee to honor that price. This led me to calling Gary Parker. Gary was thoroughly professional and very nice to work with. He told me (without any pressure) about each of the vehicles in his current inventory and when none of the vehicles met my specific requirements, he offered to order the vehicle I wanted from Sweden at the pre-negotiated price that I had come with from Consumer Reports. Gary kept me apprised of my vehicle's status and estimated delivery date. On the delivery date, Gary picked me up from a local car rental office (I needed a ride), brought me to the dealership, helped me through all the paperwork and gave me a detailed tour of the car along with each of its features.
