Steve is the best! I wanted to write about the wonderful treatment I received in the service department when servicing my certified pre-owned V60 this week. Steve Coronato coordinated everything and made sure my car was well taken care of, including offering to wash it for me himself when I returned for pick up and it had not yet been washed. I bought the car used and discovered after picking it up that the passenger seat did not move. A few other details needed to be fixed, as well. Steve got me into a courtesy car and was patient and responsive to all of my questions. He worked diligently to get the needed part and was communicative with me along the way. He has previously serviced my cars with great care and personal investment. Steve is a big reason why I would never not drive a Volvo. I am grateful to him and everyone in your service department for their kind, attentive service. Thanks so much. More

Best Service Advisor I've had a few service appointments here but this was by far the most efficient and satisfied at a fairly reasonable price for a dealership. The new sales floor decor is great and relaxing, plenty of USB ports to conduct work while you wait so there's no reason to really leave the premises. Honest group, stuff that didn't need replacing wasn't arbitrarily added to the work order. That's important to me. Stephen C, service advisor is great to work with!! More

He's extremely knowledgeable and keeps my cars running perfectly. I live in Cortlandt Manor and can bring my cars to two other Volvo dealers that are much closer in distance. But, the quality service, honesty, and accommodation provided by Steve and Doug are second to none. Driving the extra distance is worth it. More
