"Great service and follow up from Rich on a tire issue "

Defective tires that Rich worked with the manufacturer to get remedied. The service dept tried twice to balance recently purchased tires. In the end the tires were defective and replaced by the manufacturer. Parts dept deserves credit too.

"AFTER $700.00 MY MUSTANG WAS NOT FIXED"

I brought my 2012 Mustang in for running out of gas with the gas gauge reading half full. I was told what part was "showing" that my car needed and charged $600.00. It was not fixed. I took it back.. Now it was "showing" something else. Ford picked up the tab but I had to pay the $100.00 deductible. It was not fixed. Now I'm into the problem for $700.00 and back at square one. They needed to keep and drive my car for a whole week, assuring me that they would then be able to diagnose the problem. After putting a bunch of miles on my car, they thought it was one of several things and wanted to order more parts. No. I took my car back and my son fixed it for $14.00. He warned me not to go there for service in the first place.

"I had NO appt. and they serviced my car within one hour "

I stopped in with no appt. to set up a service appt. but they let me stay and got my tires rotated and had me out the door within an hour. Great service area and very friendly service. Great dealership to work with!

"Terrible service department"

I brought my focus in because the transmission was shuttering. They reset the computer and it didn't seem any better. When I took it back up there I went for a test drive with the technician Alan, and he told me it was normal and there was nothing they could do. The next day I took it to a different dealer and they told me my car failed the shutter test, and actually fixed my car. This service department is an absolute waste of time.

Spencer the service technician was excellent. Best service I have ever received. Be cautious on parts pricing especially for ansilary items. I am hesitant as to the technicians ability to properly identify the problem.

One car had illegal after market parts causing my soon to get pulled over and given tickets. The other car was only a year old and 3 of the tires won't hold air at 30,000 mile they told me they were rotted. I've been back and forth to the"service"department about 10 times and it is still not resolved. So much for your"Ford certified" crap of a guarantee

I visited Randy Wise to have my Mustang diagnosed as it was making an odd noise. I spoke with John Durand regarding my visit before coming in, he assured me a loaner vehicle would be available if my Mustang needed service that would take longer than the amount of time I had to wait. Thankfully the service department was able to get it fixed in less than 45 minutes and a loaner wasn't necessary, but John made sure that if I needed it, it would be there.
