Not service related. It was nice to see majority of the staff wearing a mask with nose covered. There has been times many staff have their nose out over the masks. Brought van in for recalls and estimate on broken headlight. We were never told recalls were not fixed due to not having materials.found that out on the print out. Quality at rapids was good but last few times customer service has been pathetic to say the least. More
I have been servicing at Luther since Rapids Honda is near to where I live started going to this location but I am very disappointed with the quality of service they provide. They did an excellent job solving my alternator issue that the previous dealership failed on. Chad Zastrow was very professional and kept at it until we finally located the problem.
