If you need any type of service done DO NOT GO HERE. I will not be returning for any more leases or service, from now on I will be going to Larchmont. Every time I'm in this dealership for service they seem annoyed God forbid I bother them by asking a question. I stopped in on Saturday to get the regular service done on my lease. This guy was very quick to let me know it was 2:30 and they were closing at 3. Fine, I get it sometimes we all just want to go home. I offered several times to leave and come back another day with the car. I explained I needed the regular service done and if this took a long time I was happy to come back. This guy goes outside without saying a word to me comes back over to the desk (which I felt so uncomfortable at I never even sat down) says “no, they can do it.” He asks for the keys and says “so you just want oil?” I said “yeah, well the regular service.” With an attitude he responds “so just the oil” and walks away. I walk inside to sit down and I realize I also need the tires and everything rotated so I go out and ask “wait you’re just going to change the oil, nothing else?” Again with an attitude he says “well what else is there?” I said “checking the tire pressure and everything.” Again with an attitude he says “well obviously, that’s part of it” to which I responded “you just told me you were only checking the oil not the oil and tires, so which one is it.” Again being a complete xxx this guy with an attitude says “if there is a problem we will obviously let you know.” So I walked inside and went to sit down when I realized I don’t have to give these people my money when I can just go to Larchmont where they don’t treat you like this.

I recently had my IS 250 serviced for the first time at Ray Catana. Alan Honig was extremely kind, helpful and courteous throughout the entire visit. He ensures you as the customer are well taken care of. I would definitely bring my car there again and recommend others to do the same.

We went to test drive a car with no intentions of getting a new car at the time. Shavaune Shackleford took the time to give us all the options for both the NX and RX. He was not pushy at all and gave us enough breathing room to take our time to make a decision. He went above and beyond to help us navigate through the whole process and did not complain at all even when we stayed beyond closing time! We ended up leasing a new car! Everyone at this dealership is very friendly and polite. We're very happy with our experience.

Wonderful and attentive service center. We have been going to them for years and will continue to do so. My husband and I have worked with Frank Acevedo in the service center on many occasions and greatly appreciate his helpful and courteous attitude, as well as the other members of the service center all of which are helpful and pleasant to interact with. The easy manner in which a loaner car is made available should this be needed makes having repairs done much easier. My husband and I have purchased and/or leased three cars from the Larchmont dealership in the past and have also had a seamless and pleasant experience at the Larchmont dealership. We both believe that all experiences have been positive and would purchase and/or lease automobiles from them again in the future.

"I Never Felt so Good about taking my car to be Serviced!"

We recently leased a 2014 Lexus ES Hybrid from Ray Catena's dealership in Larchmont, but since we live near his new White Plains dealership, we figured we'd bring our car there to be serviced. From the moment I drove into the service area, I felt like I was being treated like royalty! Frank Acevedo , the service consultant, came over to introduce himself to me, before I was even out of the car. Although I hadn't made advance arrangements for a loaner since I wasn't sure how long the service would last, Frank suggested that I should have one and within 5 minutes of arriving, I was driving home in a very impressive Lexus SUV! About a half hour later, Frank called me. Apparently there was a valve that needed to be replaced and he asked if I'd mind keeping the loaner overnight so that they could order the part and insure that everything would be done right. Yesterday Frank called me to let me know the car was ready for pick up and when I arrived, he was so helpful that I was moved by his genuine concern for my satisfaction. In all my years of bringing cars to dealerships for service, I was never treated in such a warm and welcoming manner. If you have a Lexus and it needs to be serviced, I would urge you to take your car to the Ray Catena Lexus dealership in White Plains! They just opened in June and based on my experiences, the staff is intent on making sure that you feel great about owning a Lexus and having the best possible experience while your car is being serviced.
