My experience here has been THE BEST experience ever. I purchased a Black on Black 2020 Mazda CX-5 GT with much thanks to my sales rep Mohammad!! (Purchased July 30th, loving it still with no problems) Mohammad took his time getting to know me and what I like and my lifestyle, he also asked me what I was interested in checking out today and schooled me on Leasing lOl so yea he is the best. Most sellers I’ve ran into would try to sell you what they want and not try to understand WHO you are or WHAT you like or even care what you want. But not at Ray Price Mazda, the whole team is involved, amazing and OUTGOING ! I recommend any one of all ages to shop here. Beyond shady business practices Agree to a price on an SUV. Told them I was going to go home and talk to my wife and be back in an hour. Texted, called that I was on my way back. Half way there I'm told the car sold to someone else within the dealership. Mind you, this was literally 30 minutes after I left and was told they would keep it for and confirmed through text. Disgusted I drive home. Next day I get a text that I can still buy the car because of some fake excuse about the "new" buyer. Now the price is higher than what was quoted elsewhere. Took my money and business to Major Hyundai instead and could not be happier. Do not deal with Bob or their monetary agent. More

Robert Nelson was a wonderful sales rep! You definitely will want to work w/him. He even took the time when the sale was complete to set up my blue tooth equipment & made sure that I was ready to roll to will want to work w/him. My first experience at Ray Price looking for a CX-5. I expected the typical sales pitch and pressure sale. To my pleasant surprise, my experience with Kyle my sale rep. and Sandi the sales manager was exc expected the typical sales pitch and pressure sale. Not following mitigation measures Firstly, I have purchased 4 cars from Ray Price and up until today have been very satisfied. I know it's June, and Monroe Co is about to go green in Covid mitigation. Even with green, it's still required that people wear masks indoors........especially the employees. It's the reason why PA's numbers are dropping while other states are rising. Today I noticed the entire sales staff was not social distancing or wearing masks. Customers who were waiting for service were wearing masks and the service personnel were wearing masks. What Ray Price was saying was my health doesn't really matter to the sales staff. I'm not sure if I'll be purchasing another vehicle from Ray Price. They better get their act together or they too will suffer the catastrophic business loss from this pandemic. It really matters to those of us who are taking this pandemic DEAD serious! More
