Hayden Everhart is an absolute car-selling legend. I would take this man to Red Lobster to get cheddar bay biscuits any day of the week. Had a great car buying experience and I recommend him to anyone. would take this man to Red Lobster to get cheddar bay biscuits any day of the week. My wife and I were supposed to purchase a 22 Deep Sea Blue Tucson Limited Hybrid from Ray Skillman Avon Hyundai. We put $1000 down almost two months ago. When the car came in it was damaged. The sales st Blue Tucson Limited Hybrid from Ray Skillman Avon Hyundai. We put $1000 down almost two months ago. When the car came in it was damaged. The sales staff lied and said it was minor and could be buffed out. It was a large dent with multiple scratches to the metal. The scratches were about six inches long. The dent was a few inches longer than the scratches. We reluctantly still agreed to purchase the car after it was fixed. When we arrived at the dealership it went bad quickly. I asked if we could be compensated in any way. A cargo liner, or cargo retractable cover, anything. Something that shows you care about our inconvenience, and the fact that you want us to buy a car for $2500 over MSRP that has been damaged. We were told by the dealership GM that they were the ones that were out money here. That they had 3 vehicles that were damaged on that truck. So the dealership is the victim here. Poor Ray Skillman Avon Hyundai. The dealership isn't out money. The shipping company or insurance paid for that damage. Not Ray Skillman Avon Hyundai. I might add that this GM is so unprofessional that he laughed several times during our conversation. My wife and I just couldn't be fake and act like nothing had happened. I mean it is incredibly funny to wait a month for a car, only for it to come in damaged. We drove to Ohio the following day and purchased the same vehicle for $500 less than Avon. So we will NEVER purchase a vehicle from any Ray Skillman dealership. We have both made sure we have told our story to many people already and will continue to do so. Worst dealership experience ever! More

I worked with Ariel and he was fantastic during the entire process. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. I didn't feel pushed or overwhelmed to make a decision entire process. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. I didn't feel pushed or overwhelmed to make a decision which helped me feel calm during the process. I'm only docking a star because I thought the $2,500 upcharge from MSRP was ridiculous. Also when talking to the finance guy I'm pretty sure I told him I wanted to use my trade in to pay everything that was needed to drive off the lot (down payment, fees, first months payment). But at the end of signing everything I was asked for the first months payment. I told him I did not have the funds on me since I wanted to use my trade in to pay for everything, and he asked if I'd be able to pay the next day. It was 8pm at night and I had the feeling he didn't want to redo the paperwork. All in all I paid the first months payment the next day and I'm more than happy with my Santa Cruz, just those few tidbits where drawbacks to the experience. Thanks to everyone at Avon Ray Skillman for answering my many questions and dealing with all the back and forth negotiations with me. More
