Bought the truck we wanted Seth, Christian, and Eric were a pleasure to work with throughout the process. The truck is a 2014 Silverado LT z71 4x4. The right turn signals do not Seth, Christian, and Eric were a pleasure to work with throughout the process. The truck is a 2014 Silverado LT z71 4x4. The right turn signals do not work at the moment at all to include on the dash. I talked to Seth and was told there would be ZERO out of pocket cost and I will have a courtesy vehicle. Hopefully that is the case. We shall see! More

Best car-buying experience I've had to date, thanks to Seth! I came into RSAH to look at one specific car. Seth Murray helped me find out everything about that vehicle, took me on a test drive, and made sure I w I came into RSAH to look at one specific car. Seth Murray helped me find out everything about that vehicle, took me on a test drive, and made sure I was familiar with the vehicle's individual history. At no time did I feel pressure from Seth to make a sale, nor did he try to show me other vehicles. He knew I had been shopping for a while, was generally familiar with what's available and came to look at that one specifically. When it came time to talk numbers I told Seth about what I had in mind and he helped me find a price that would work for us all. It was obvious from our interactions that Seth only intended to help me find the best car at the right price to fit my needs and that type of interaction is what I require when buying a car. If there's something on their lot you're interested in, or you're just starting your search, I would highly recommend working with Seth. I would also note that his sales teammate Christian was very knowledgable about their product inventory and happy to help us in any way. Garrison explained all of the small details regarding each step of financing clearly and didn't mind staying past store closing to ensure all our questions were answered and we felt comfortable with our purchase. When a hiccup arose with our trade-in, Garrison made sure it was seamless and let the dealership work out the problems to ensure we could take the car home immediately. More
