Francina at Ray Skillman is a very rude and unprofessional individual. And I truly hope they get rid of her. She lies and commits fraud on applications for loans she combines all sources of inc unprofessional individual. And I truly hope they get rid of her. She lies and commits fraud on applications for loans she combines all sources of income knowing that the loan place wont accept self employment as part of loan. So she puts it all as your verifiable income through your employer. Then tells you to lie to the loan company. They try to pressure you into keeping a car that has issues that the loan company said they will let you out of the loan. They send over 4 individuals to try to convince you. Very bad customer service. I will post this two or three times in here....IF YOU GET A VEHICLE FROM THEM MAKE SURE IT IS WHAT YOU WANT AND IF NOT WHEN THEY DO THE WELCOME CALL FROM THE LOAN COMPANY TELL THEM THE ISSUES AND THEY WILL STOP THE PAYMENT. Horrible customer service after the sale. Said they aligned and balance the wheels. I asked twice before my son bought it, who lives in Tennessee. After being assured the service was performed, he purchased it and then I picked it up last Wednesday and drove it here to Terre Haute. Alignment is off and the wheels are out of balance. They told me that they would not compensate me for the $140 I paid to get it fixed in Terre Haute. I was not going to drive an hour and a half back over there the way it was driving. The sales manager said the service was done, so basically said screw you. I sent a message to the automotive group but received no response. Surprise!!! So I would not buy anything from any of the Ray Skillman dealerships and I would definitely not have any service done there because they will not stand behind their work. More

I've gotten 5 cars from this place through Tommy reed. My 6 car from Joshua which unlike Tommy did not listen instead told me and my husband that the band of cars we like are trash.
