Another great experience. The shop was open early, 7am, for drop offs. The staff is friendly and genuinely make you feel they care. It's like one department doesn't honor what another has promised & then you have to spend extra time tracking down your salesperson to get involved (if he/she is working that day) which take longer time for you go on with your day. This is not providing a great customer service and doesn't make someone want to come to purchase another vehicle from them which will benefit all departments. More
