To the world: To much regret I must give this bad review. My score for this company is a D-. I would give an F, but the salesman (although he deceived us) was a nice fellow. My husband and I when we first got married went to this store to see about trading our 2020 Toyota RAV4 in for a truck. We were just weighing our options. We were moving my husband from Missouri to Tennessee. We explained our story that we bought a farm in Tennessee and that we were ministers, etc. They talked us into trading it in on a 2019 Toyota Tacoma. When it came time to do final paperwork I wanted to make sure we had the maintenance coverage like I had on my RAV4. After it was all done, we were ripped off. The salesman admitted to us that he FAILED TO MENTION vital information to us that now is costing us thousands of dollars and we do NOT have that maintenance plan! Now, they also did not mention that we would have to pay the taxes on the vehicle being from another state. Now, we do not have the $1100 to pay to get tags. We have this truck now for a few months and cannot even get tags. I have tried to talk to them several times and they hung up on me. The manager did in the used department. They are not reasonable and even laughed at me when I told them how I got upset at not having the maintenance plan. This is one thing I took pride in the RAV4 is keeping maintenance up. Now we have a vehicle that does not have tags and we have to pay the maintenance. On top of that our note is higher and the final price on the paperwork they sent us was thousands of dollars higher than we were told. The whole experience is terrible and we do not recommend this company at all. We repent to the Lord for trading our vehicle in that was almost paid off for this truck that was a ripoff from the beginning! I guess for this company it's all about the dollar. Don't trust them. One last thing. They made a mistake and had the titled mailed to us from my old car. I was honest enough (even though I was so frustrated with their rudeness) that I mailed it right to them. We have tried to talk to them and make this right. The following is the exact words from the salesman about him misleading us: Hey June! So sorry for the late response here. When you get a certified vehicle, the included maintenance is only good at the dealership you purchased from. I wasn't aware of this, otherwise I would've told you, so apologies for that. I did do a little more checking to see if you purchased an extended service plan, it looks like you purchased warranty for electronics and mechanical protection, but nothing for service! ******My answer to this - Why didn't you tell us this? I would NOT have bought this! And...with my RAV4 I could get it worked on at ANY Toyota place and I loved it! My advice to the company: * Be honest with people * When people tell you they are moving out of town, etc., tell them upfront they will have to pay the thousands in taxes when they get home. * Tell them they will not have their regular maintenance plan when you choose not to give it to them. Be honest about it. This is more money out of the consumer's pocket now. * As a manager, don't hang up on your customer when they are not yelling or acting crazy. Talk reasonable. Be professional. Call them back if you accidentally hung up, etc. Listen to your clients. * Educate your salesman to understand warranties, etc. * Care about your clients Dr. June Wehr Tennessee More

I was looking to purchase a new car when I met him in mid-October at Drew Stevenson, Sales Professional, at Reliable Toyota (RT) in Springfield, MO. I was looking to purchase a new car when I met him in mid-October at RT. He listened to what I would like to buy and we test drove a Camry. Before I met Mr. Stevenson, I had searched for both used and new cars at other dealerships. He encouraged me to place a deposit on a 2023 Camry that was being built in a Kentucy factory, and I am glad I did. I purchased it from RT last week. At the mid-October meeting and during the intervening six weeks, Mr. Stevenson kept me updated on the status of my Camry and answered many questions, including questions on scheduled maintenance. All my interactions with him -- face-to-face, via text, email, and phone -- he was always patient, pleasant, understanding, kind, and answered my questions thoroughly. He has great interpersonal skills. He was also responsive and professional. He was never pushy or pressured me to make a decision. Members of my family met him, too, and liked him and his great customer service. I highly recommend Mr. Stevenson. Finally, I highly recommend RT. The sales and service areas were clean, well-organized, and customer-focused on my three visits. The facilities were modern. It is a professional and well-run dealership.
