They fixed my problem, only took 5 different dealerships and 8 trips before my Heros over at Riata Ford finally fixed my issues that been plaguing me for two years. Other dealerships just cleared the fault codes and called it good, my Hero's didn't give up, worked with me, provided me with a rental that I'm entitled to, but other dealers made excuses and didn't honor. Speedy repairs, good communication all around and an understanding on how to turn something negative into a positive experience. I know where I'll buy my next vehicle without doubt.
