Seemed like I was dealing with an old buddy that happens to be selling cars a vehicle, I highly recommend having Dallas to help you with the process. Jerome told us 3% financing and we both told him we only wanted to finance $10,000. When we got to the finance guy and we told him 3% he said, I don't know where you got that" and charged 3.7%. Then after h wanted to finance $10,000. When we got to the finance guy and we told him 3% he said, I don't know where you got that" and charged 3.7%. Then after he had typed everything up we realized he had financed more than $10,000. It was just frustrating being told 2 different things. I don't know who was at fault. If I had it to do over I would have had Jerome come in or just cancelled the whole thing and left. More

Absolutely amazing car buying experience!!! We have been looking for a minivan for about 3 months. We found one that we liked on Ricart's website. I sent in an email requesting more information. For 3 days we emailed and talked on the phone working out the details. We live an hour away so we tried to get as much of the "paperwork" out of the way before we went over. We drove over with our 3 kids after school and Jerome had everything ready for us. He was very nice, professional and knowledgable. He has a way of making you feel at "home". The dealership has a nice waiting room with tv, snacks and games for the kids while we were waiting. We test drove it right away with no hassles. We then were taken back to Michelle who made all the paperwork go smoothly. She is very knowledgable with all the "details". Overall this was the best car buying experience to date!! More
