Worst service Experience ever The new Richardson Chevrolet, Gladwin had my vehicle in shop for 8 days for new tires, front end alignment, and 1 new tierod. I received a message mid The new Richardson Chevrolet, Gladwin had my vehicle in shop for 8 days for new tires, front end alignment, and 1 new tierod. I received a message mid week that the work was complete and was quoted the amount due. When I returned this call I was told work had not even begun. I was not offered a loner and finally had to ask for one in the 5th day! Went to pick up on the 8th day. Unloaded daughter and car seat, loaded her into my vehicle drove off...front end alignment had not been done. Drove back, moved my child again from one car to the other and was told..."you are next in line" this process has been nothing but chaos from the moment I walked in on Monday April 22nd. Today is April 28th and I still do not have my car. There is no excuse for such poor service. Thus dealership is in transition of ownership and the service person in charge of communicating with the public had no idea what was going on. More

Terrible buying experience Called this dealership on 03/12 to inquire on a vehicle. After only a few minutes I made an offer that was exceedingly fair. We were $300 off between their counter asking price and my offer. After speaking with my credit union, I called back to offer to finance it through their dealership instead to avoid the $300 difference. Before I could even get it out of my mouth, some terrible employee with Kmart level customer service named "Mike Volk" started rudely speaking over me, repeating the words "NOPE. NOPE. NOPE." over and over without allowing me to complete my sentence that I was willing to come up the $300, and simply finance it on-site instead of using my own financing. I have purchased over 45 vehicles in my life, all across America, and I have never once encountered such a DMV level of customer service. If he hadn't began speaking over me like a toddler, he'd have heard at the end of my sentence that I never got too, that I was going to just use their financing instead, and meet their asking price. There was nothing that surprised us about the vehicle, the price, or our trade-in vehicle. As much as possible was worked out prior to coming, so that there would be little to work out if we did want to buy the car. When we arrived, other staff helped out while Heath was busy with another customer. All of the staff was very friendly, helpful, and polite! When the decision was made to buy the car, Heath and his manager, Aaron, nicely worked with us on the final price, explaining everything as we went along. They made us feel completely comfortable purchasing the vehicle. I would highly recommend Richardson Chevrolet!! Thank you! More
