The service dept had been providing me top notch service since 2014. As an example, at my last service the rep advised me that when I come in for my next state inspection and oil change a brake fluid flush since 2014. He could have waited until then to do that but was thoughtful enough to set expectations for my next visit so it wasn’t a surprise. More
