The good and the bad Very nice and friendly people. They try very hard to make buying a new vehicle pleasant. Same thing every time I schulded an appointment for an oil change and to have my Bluetooth looked at as it has not been working.I can connect to it but the sound does not c I schulded an appointment for an oil change and to have my Bluetooth looked at as it has not been working.I can connect to it but the sound does not come out of the speakers.The party on the other end cannot hear me nor I them.I was told that both would take an hour to be completed.When I got to the dealership I was told that it would take an hour to do the oil change, another hour to put my car on the dionstics machine,and an unknown about of time to fix them problem. Had I been told this when I made the appointment I could have made arangments to leave my car and come back.I only had the oil changed as I did not have time to wait.The customer service person didn't seem to care at all that I had been misinformed.He actually said to me that they couldn't do the diodostics on the car while it was in the air having the oil changed which I found, was an insult to my intelligence..He handed me my paperwork,didn't go over any of the service they did to my car,did not thank me in any way,shape or form for my business and again seemed like he could care less if I did business with Rick Hendrick Chevrolet at all.Had I not purchased the service plan,I would not be. More

Got A Camaro SS We were called about a possible trade on our aging but reliable 2012 Camaro, and decided to visit the dealership on Saturday, 3/3. We were met by Tra We were called about a possible trade on our aging but reliable 2012 Camaro, and decided to visit the dealership on Saturday, 3/3. We were met by Travis, who then had us work with Zeb on the trade and possible purchase of a new car. Both guys were polite and courteous and gave a good first impression. Deb worked with us on the trade in, and when we agreed on that, the shopping began. We wanted a new Camaro, convertible or with a sun roof, V6 or bigger. The first car we looked at and test drove was a 2017 v6, 50th anniversary Camaro. Great car, but was sold to another customer. Zeb brought around a 2018 SS, no sun roof or convertible (couldn't have afforded it anyway) and we drove that. Fell in love with the car, and my wife and I decided we could forego the sunroof for the V8. We ultimately purchased this car. Zeb was great. High energy, very positive, and efficient. Our finance guy, Hakim, I think was his name, was also great. My only gripes about this experience was how long it took. All in, we were at the dealership around five hours, and there are some questions about registering the vehicle and transferring our Sirius/XM membership. We aren't sure what happens next on the registration, and I think we are on our own for the radio stuff. Everything else was great. Showroom was nice, other staffers we encountered were courteous and professional, and overall the experience was a very positive one. More
