I bought my 2014 Laramie February 23rd m They told me it went through a 32 point inspection .. This will be my 5th visit back to Rick Hendricks Chrysler Dodge for repairs . I feel that I've been misled on this 32 point inspection. Just yesterday, I spent a $1,038 on radio repipair and when it comes back from special order, I have to pay additional $108.00. I haven't had the Ram 1500 but only 2 months with 5 return service visits. I feel like I have been taken advantage by a second tier used car dealership. I feel like calling the Local Media about what I'm going through. I would never recommend anyone at this point and time. It's been 2 months of xxxx.
