I was 150 miles from home, my 2015 SRX broke down and had to be towed late Friday evening. Albert , service mgr. arranged to have my car looked at Saturday, diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. He spoke with me Saturday and called me back Monday with an update, Rippy had my SRX ready ready about 6 hours earlier than expected. Albert was kind , efficient, prompt and exceeded my expectations. Great service!!! I was about half way between Wilmington andM Myrtle Beach when this happened - I was going to tow the car to the Myrtle Beach - but that dealer said they only had one tech on Saturday and they could not look at the vehicle until Monday. I think Rippy's staff is also limited on the weekend , but RIppy was happy to get my car on the computer and find the problem !
