I am a long term customer of Rivera Toyota, formerly Toyota North. I go back because of the service department that does not try and up sell me. This buying experience like my others was excellent. I bought a RAV4 Prime which is hard to get and many dealers are charging over MSRP. Rivera did not, charged me invoice plus, they also gave advice about which version to get. That even though they would make more on the higher end, they honestly told me it would take longer. Based on everything I have seen that was true. They out in leather seats for me which appear to be a higher quality than the fake leather in the XSE. I love the car and the dealer was honest. My salesperson m, Aaron was very honest and straight forward. Ronnie in service never upsells me. All in all a great experience. More
