I went to this dealership for the first time for services. There was clear signs for me to pull my vehicle into, but it took quite awhile for someone to acknowledge and assist me. There was several cars in appointment lane. There was only one attendant even though I saw several people walking around and one guy standing at a door looking at me. He he didn’t acknowledge me until I ask him where I should be. No one showed me around the place even after I told them it was my first time there. More

Worst customer service, I got a call from a Jorge who is the sales mgr who said he would call me back . NOT then 5 hrs later I call and tall to a George who is sales who again said he would call me back. NO the sales mgr who said he would call me back . NOT then 5 hrs later I call and tall to a George who is sales who again said he would call me back. NOT I called again and the receptionist was extremely rude , George called me and said he was working on my deal and needed my VIN for my trade, said he would text me where to send the VIN on my trade. STILL NOTHING. I guess they would rather you waste your day and wait around for them to get back to you. 1 can tell 10 who can tell 100 about bad customer service. I do not appreciate being called and told OH YES we do work with bad credit and def can help you out WHEN in fact they are taking their sweet time to even get back to me. More
