Came in for regular service as well as a diagnosis on Parking Assist Sensor warning light. You had to order the part and were supposed to call me when it came in and you never did. I had to call you an Parking Assist Sensor warning light. You had to order the part and were supposed to call me when it came in and you never did. I had to call you and check and mase the appointment. I asked if I could wait for it when making the appt on Monday Columbus day and I was told that I could. I brought the vehicle in and waited almost 3 hours and was finally told it wouldn't be done that day. This is obviously a work van and I had to cancel jobs. I waited until 10am the next day to call in and ask when I could pick up my van and was told by the end of the day which caused me to cancel more.jobs! I asked to speak to a manager and a manager never came on the line so I left a message and NO ONE ever called me back. Such a shame. I will be finding another service department from now on and buying a new van every 3-4 years f4om someone else. More
