I took my Honda for specific service (it was already checked by another renewe The worst place to get the car serviced. Unprofessional and rude staff. I took my Honda for specific service (it was already checked by another renewed car service shop, since it is Honda engine that needs to be touched, I wanted Honda technician to do it). I told exactly what needs to be done and got the quote for around $500 and gave for the repair work. I received a call later in the day and I was told it needs more work and would cost around $2500. And I was told "even better you get a new car rather servicing it". On top they charged without any work being done saying it is for looking at all the work that needs to be done - well, I did not ask to look at anything other than what I asked to do. Long story short - don't go to this place for service, they'll rip off and talk so rude (so called management and service cashier, everyone.). More
Very nice staff I was in this dealership last night to pick up a car from the service department. Not only did I meet the new service manager but his expertise and hi I was in this dealership last night to pick up a car from the service department. Not only did I meet the new service manager but his expertise and his kindness quickly won me over. I will be back to this dealership for all of my vehicle repairs and services. More

Salesperson Couldn't Care Less I wanted to purchase a 2016 car I found with my CU used car program. Already financed and ready to purchase but the salesperson could not be bothered I wanted to purchase a 2016 car I found with my CU used car program. Already financed and ready to purchase but the salesperson could not be bothered to answer my questions and concerns. It was a 2 hour drive and I wanted my concerns on the vehicle addressed before wasting 4 hours driving for nothing. I explained my distance and asked several questions in email. The replies never answered my questions and kept asking when I would stop in and drive it. Every time. One question the salesperson actually told me to call another dealership and ask them! UNbelievable. To me, this experienced says first that there's something wrong with the car they didn't want to say in hopes that driving it would somehow make me stupid and impulsive and buy it. (not the impulsive type) OR the sales person truly didn't care one way or another and just didn't want to sell a car on a Saturday morning. Be smart and be careful when dealing with this dealership. A salespersons job is to answer questions. Be suspicious of those who won't. (I don't want to mention who, or sex, of the salesperson sto spare them possibly getting in trouble. We all have to eat, even untrustworthy salespeople) More

Outstanding It’s been quite some time that I purchased a new vehicle, and was I a little reluctant at first to even make that choice, however; Andrea and Max wher It’s been quite some time that I purchased a new vehicle, and was I a little reluctant at first to even make that choice, however; Andrea and Max where absolutely terrific. They were helpful, worked tirelessly to get me the deal I wanted, regardless how unsure I was to accept a deal. Now, I am the proud owner of a new Chevy Silverado "High Country" I could not had asked for a better, lees hassle free experience. Bravo Zulu from me to Andrea and Max! More

They are horrible when they owe your money and right service. As Trade value of the car, they owe us $12000, and that were all problem starts from, it's been more than ten days, and they are making stories every day, the worst part is they can't keep up with the same thing. Horrible service after they have sold you a car, I will never recommend this dealer to anyone. So if you want excellent service to find a better dealer, Don't work with these liars !!!! More
