"Service horrible "

Took my car to Rockland Hyundai to get my AC fix 5 time. Each time they told me they fix it and AC lasted less then a day. Fausto Gonzalez GA is a horrible person to run a dealership. Did not want to communicate with me to see if I could get a rental while they fix the car the proper way. Instead told me to just go wait in the waiting room. Currently looking for a new Hyundai place to deal with.

"No warranty "

I buy a brand new car from them and two years later I come back to them with an exhaust leak. they told me I'm not covered. but when I bought the car it was a different story I was covered. one thing I can't stand is a man that can"t keep his word. and there is men there. They lost me as a customer!!!!!!!!!!!

This dealership offers the best of everything: Excellent product, sold by knowledgeable and professional sales people (Javier is a pleasure to do business with), fantastic management (simply put- Tristan is a star), and a Service Department that can't be beat (Alberto and his crew never fail to impress. Trustworthy, skilled, and pleasant- a great combo). We've encouraged friends and family members to buy and service thier vehicles there, and those that have followed suit are equally satisfied. This is the dealership that could well train others. Thank you Rockland Hyundai for superior service and quality. "my last couple of visits"

I would like to state that just based on my visits over the last couple of days, the service manager Albert should be a service manager consultant for some other dealerships in the county. I was in process of selling my car and received recall notice. I bought the car in for recall on Wednesday and when I asked him if there were any other recalls, he stated that he had already checked and this was the only one. He had vehicle checked out and made additional repair. I had trouble with my remote starter and bought it to him today explaining that the sale of car was today and he had problem fixed in a little over hour. Anther factor that impressed me was the fact that when I dropped the car off this morning in heavy rain, he went outside in the rain and wrote down info where being a service manager, he could probably sent someone else out in the rain but he was the one out there. Kind of strange having a excellent dealing with a service manager than arguing with a service manager

"Air intake hose broken causing loud noise"

My air intake hose broke, so said Albert within 2 minutes of driving my car. That's what it was and the mechanics fixed it. 2 hours and I was out of there. Great service! Under warranty, so no charge as well!
