We had a good experience because of him, and we probably would not have purchased our Santa Fe limited without his help. We were convinced that we were going to walk away from the dealership because they didn't have the exact car that we wanted, but Leif found us a vehicle that exceeded our expectations, and we were able to make a deal. After reading about scams, I marked the wheels on my car before taking it in for an oil change & tire rotation. Oil was changed but tires were untouched. Accounting hasn’t paid off my trade in. Dealership and finance has been giving me the runaround for 23 days now. Finance has refused to return my last 2 calls, and Rob in finance gave me a fake number to reach accounting. Extremely frustrated and underwhelmed with Steele. Will not be doing business here again.
