Great work changing spark plugs! Had the plugs changed in my 2008 mustang gt and I'm sure glad I let Roger Shiflett Ford handle this work. The plugs are the the 2 piece type and as I Had the plugs changed in my 2008 mustang gt and I'm sure glad I let Roger Shiflett Ford handle this work. The plugs are the the 2 piece type and as I suspected 2 of them broke when being removed. I knew when reading about replacing these type plugs that they are prone to breaking. But no problem for Roger Shiflett staff. They have the proper equipment to handle this and I'm glad that I let them do the work. I was treated with respect and will be taking my service work to Roger Shiflett in the future as I have in the past. Very well pleased! More

Best Dealership I drive approximately 40 minutes for this dealership passing by two Ford places on the way but it is worth the drive. I have four Fords that I have serviced here and bought a new truck there last year. Everything about this dealership is great. They make you feel welcome and important to them and they all know me now because I am there so much getting services done. The dealership is newly renovated and very nice but they make you feel like its an old school dealer. I like the personal touch here and they deliver. I switched dealerships several years ago because so many people I knew went to work there and I have never looked back. Cindy and Scott in the service department are great people and always accommodate my needs in scheduling and service. I bought my new truck from Allen and it was a great experience with no hassles and a great deal. I recommend this dealership to anyone and all my friends that want a personal touch and they represent Ford well.
