Took almost a year to get my truck scheduled for recall work. They never called me to bring my truck in…. I had to constantly call them to try and get my truck scheduled. I even added extra cooling syst work. They never called me to bring my truck in…. I had to constantly call them to try and get my truck scheduled. I even added extra cooling system flush so it wasn’t just warranty work. They gave me my truck back dirty….. every dealer I’ve ever been to at least washes the truck when they give it back. Even after just and oil change most dealers wash the truck. But not this dealer. There is ZERO chance I’d ever buy a vehicle there. They treat service customers as if they are a hassle and could care less about customer service. They need new management and possibly entire staff change to ever be competitive with other dealers. Without customers they wouldn’t have a dealer to work at…. More
