Since there was no one available at the time who could go and get the suv, Robbie was kind enough to personally go and bring the car back. He truly went the extra distance for us. He also helped us locate a new truck last year for my husband that we are also very happy with as well. It has been a pleasure having Robbie as our salesman. Amazingly kind and wonderful! Sean Duffy and Ted were about to finish closing up the service area when I arrived Late Saturday afternoon. I had a tire that was almost flat. Not only did they stay and fix the tire but took the extra time to see why the tire had lost air. I had told them I had a 300-mile trip to take the next day, They were kind and patient, took care of the problem. Most other people would have said "sorry we are closed" In this day and age of acrimony and vitriol, it is wonderfully refreshing to find such a level of kindness and caring. The night I picked up my new vehicle he helped my in-laws to look for a new vehicle similar to what I was buying and before we left John did something outside of what you would ever think a salesman would do....My mother in law told him she might switch from her Ford Excape to a Chevy Equinox but was unsure so John told her that although he would like her business if she decided to stay with the Ford that he would set her up with a good salesman at Romeo Ford to help her get the best deal possible on a new Escape....That was absolutely impressive to myself, my husband and my in-laws and because of that they are looking to purchase a new Equinox instead of a new Escape. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from John at Romeo and many for my family and we have never felt pressured or bothered or even forgotten about. Thank you for having such a valued employee who goes way above and beyond to help people not just make a buck in selling a car. "Who'd a thunk it?" My wife and I bought a Buick Enclave in 2015 at Romeo's. Last week we received a call from David Marrine, a sales associate there, kindly asking if w My wife and I bought a Buick Enclave in 2015 at Romeo's. Last week we received a call from David Marrine, a sales associate there, kindly asking if we would like to visit with him to discuss the possibility of upgrading to a new 2019 Enclave. My wife was very impressed by David's sincerity and kind manner, and she agreed to come talk , since we were coming there for a regularly scheduled service visit. We had a nice conversation, and David ran through some financial scenarios for upgrading the Enclave.. We decided to forego upgrading the Enclave, but David directed the discussion to my 2010 Explorer that has 130k miles on it. I agreed that if we were to upgrade a vehicle, we should look at this one... and to make a long story short, we drove home in a certified 2015 GMC Acadia "cream puff" last evening! Our entire experience was a very pleasant one, and we did not feel pressured in to any deal, as David placed our needs and concerns ahead of everything else, and he put together a package that truly addressed our family's needs. David is a fine young man of excellent character! So, "who'd a thunk it" that we would be coming home with a new vehicle for me ? More
