The service technicians double-checked to confirm that everything was working properly before returning the car to me (one day earlier than the original time estimate). The Body Shop Manager did an excellent job coordinating the repairs and working with the insurance company to obtain approval of every item on his list. More

Road hazard coverage I was convinced to purchase road hazard insurance,. Coverage would cover and wheels or tires damaged while driving. 2 weeks into my new car I hit s I was convinced to purchase road hazard insurance,. Coverage would cover and wheels or tires damaged while driving. 2 weeks into my new car I hit something on 95 south and returned to the dealership. Sorry, it’s not covered. Tires didn’t go flat so it’s not damaged. Front right side bounced, shook and made so much noise I returned again. Again, sorry not covered. Asked coverage be cancelled, again convinced to let finanace manager contact insurance company on my behalf. Again, not covered, and still paying for coverage. Finally contact an attorney and investigative reporter forum the news4. Dealership should drop this insurance coverage company, it makes them look bad. More
