Ron Bouchard's Kia

I brought my car in to get a sensor replaced under warranty on the rear bumper. Technician broke a couple clips along the rear left wheel well garnish/Moulding and did not inform me about it or take a warranty on the rear bumper. Technician broke a couple clips along the rear left wheel well garnish/Moulding and did not inform me about it or take action to fix it. Moulding wasn’t flush to the body of the car. They also left some glue residue on the bumper around the sensor which does not come off. This was service done on my new vehicle. I’m most upset at the lack of attention to detail and the service department which failed to inform me about the broken clips or the glue. When I notice a few minutes after arriving home I called them and they questioned if this actually happened. They did put me on the schedule to review the issue several weeks later after I called the service manager. I understand things can break but hiding this thinking the customer would not notice is sneaky and not honest. Here is a picture of the glue left on the sensor. Both issues have not been resolved. I actually have doubts they can remove the glue without ruining the paint. Very disappointed, will not be bringing my vehicle there again. More

Leasing a new car was a breeze; dealing with purchasing the vehicle after lease end was a nightmare with Kia. Absolutely horrible customer service, lack of timely processing and total disregard for the cus the vehicle after lease end was a nightmare with Kia. I know the dealer doesn’t handle the transaction (everything is done through Kia Finance) but once we indicated we’d rather purchase than re-lease, they wanted nothing to do with us. Not helpful at all…..and this transaction took a total is 2 MONTHS to complete! Will never deal with these folks again even though we absolutely love the car (and we’ll definitely buy another one…..at another dealer! More

Worst Experience in a Long Time We were looking for a new Sorrento and stopped into Ron Bouchard since they are near our home. Things started out okay, but they are in the category We were looking for a new Sorrento and stopped into Ron Bouchard since they are near our home. Things started out okay, but they are in the category of dealership who insists on collecting all of your information and putting in their system before you can take a test drive. this took a long time, but we were finally on our way. During the test drive they were going to look at our trade. Once back from the drive, things went dramatically downhill. Their web page advertised up to $9K in discounts, but somehow we could only access about $4K if that. Then, they offered an insulting number for our low-miles, late-model trade. We wen to leave and at first the sales manager would not give our car key back, so my wife literally had to wrest it from his hand. Any possible sale was over at that point, but these two followed us out to the parking lot to further badger us into making an unpalatable deal. This dealership needs to move into the 21st century. The days of false advertising, bait-and-switch, and waiting at the salesperson's desk while he repeatedly runs-off to talk to his manager, should have ended in the 80's. Evidently, there are still a few holdouts. These folks will never get any business from me. More
