Had a great car leasing experience. Blake was great and dealt very well with my indecisiveness when deciding which car to buy. WORST DEALERSHIP EVER! Communication between departments and to the customer is horrible! I was lied to multiple times throughout my time there, about prices, financing opt Communication between departments and to the customer is horrible! I was lied to multiple times throughout my time there, about prices, financing options, and available services. The service manager especially was rude and unhelpful, and attempted to gaslight me about what he'd said when I was there in person, saying "I don't know who told you that... that doesn't sound like me... etc" when it was literally him that spoke to me previously and told me those things! I also kept being directed to voicemails when I'd call until i very bluntly told them to connect me to the highest manager available, at which point i got connected to the person i was originally trying to reach, who mysteriously had "not been in the office that day" when I'd called 5 minutes before. OVERALL -100/10 WOULD ONLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO MY WORST ENEMY!! More
