The Manager did contact me I did go to the dealership to meet him where I proceeded to wait in excess of 25 minutes. I left because of the lack of attention. When I returned home I was called by that Manager who explained the wait offered to go to my home and before I could even finish my address he changed his mind and thought it was best I bring back the vehicle, Too bad the General Manager made the experience with The Ron Westphal dealership worse.

Was promised a call from the Owner the week of 7/21. Now 7/25 and no call, it must be that Customer Satisfaction means very little in this organization from the TOP (Owner) DOWN (General Manager, Service Manager, Technicians, Etc,)
