Karl Malone Toyota of Ruston

On 3/21/24, we had an 8AM appointment to get a Recall done on our vehicle in ElDorado. After waiting in ElDorado for over an hour, they came to tell us that they could not do our recall there, but Karl M done on our vehicle in ElDorado. After waiting in ElDorado for over an hour, they came to tell us that they could not do our recall there, but Karl Malone Toyota of Ruston could. I called them on the way & the lady said that they could work us in. From the time we walked in the service department, Greg Winnon & the service team did everything they could to get our recall done. At lunch time Greg gave my wife and I each a gift card to the Mexican Restaurant next door. I couldn't believe it. I thanked him very much. We went and ate a very good lunch, came back and they were just finishing our vehicle. I thanked Greg again and told him that we even got Sopapillas with vanilla ice cream too. The next time we need service on my wife's vehicle, we will drive to Karl Malone Toyota of Ruston. I greatly recommend them for any of your Auto Service needs.
