This is not the first time that I have been at Rosen Nissan. The last time was at closing time, but they still fixed my tire for me. Every time I have been here they have been honest and helpful. If I were going to buy s new car in the Madison area it would be from Rosen.

I had the best experience with the service here then I have ever had with any other auto service. Nolan was the the best. He cared that I had no transportation and that it was a Holiday. His genuine concern has me coming back for all my service needs and I will purchase my next vehicle there. I had my truck towed to Madison because of how he treated me on the phone. They were so busy because of the holiday, but assured me he would do his best to get it looked at. He called me on an update of getting it in to service, and he did just that. Because of Nolan, they have my business. I bought the truck in Janesville but there is no comparison to Rosan Nissan

"I recommend the Service Center but not Sales"

I love the Service department. They are so nice and helpful and always keep me informed. THEE only reason for the 5 stars is because I love the service department. If I could grade separately for sales, they would most definitely get 0 stars!! Why? Well I had a difficult situation but they never kept in contact with me. Ran my credit the first time I went in, 4 times!! Never gave my permission for that. After I complained, they ran it more. But NEVER contacted me! Again, service center is wonderful but I will never buy a car there, ever.

I sent in an online service request on Monday, on Thursday morning, the day requested for service, I hadn't received a confirmation. I called to confirm, and was told by one of the service men that my request wasn't in the system. The other service man was able to see the request and said it was ok. I went to the dealership and for the muffler service, they don't keep inventory? Went home, found local shop at half the quoted price. Online service request needs work!

Purchased my 2012 Nissan Titan pro 4x at Mad City Motors, used. My year warranty was up and although they did a good job with check ups and maintenance, I wanted to get my truck in where the technicians are used to working on trucks. I called and was told to stop in after work and they would get me in. Showed up at 3:45 and drove up to shop overhead door, I drove right in and met service manager. Told him I had called the day before and what I needed done on truck, he took down all my info and my truck was in garage being worked on in 10 minutes. I was told it would take 30 to 45 minutes, so I looked around the show room at all the new trucks and info and was out of there in 45 minutes. The Rosen dealership is very nice and everyone I met was very nice. I'll be back !

"Easy w/ minimal stress"

I called Rosen Nissan cuz the constant variable transmission (CVT) failed on our Altima. The service manager I spoke with, Franz, was the total opposite of any service manager I’ve encountered at other dealership. Franz was courteous, welcoming & explained everything with respect to how Rosen would work w/ Nissan to get my car fixed under Nissan power train warranty. My car was towed in Monday. Examined Wednesday afternoon. Transmission arrived Thursday morning and installed by Thursday afternoon. Besides fixing the transmission, Franz looked for active Nissan recalls, and found that my steering column had been recalled. Rosen replaced that too. All in all very impressed w/ Rosen. Franz called and reported every step of the repair process. I left Rosen w/ $5300 in free repair work! All because Rosen (w/ Nissan) stepped up to help out. In my experience, people don’t come across that type of responsibility. My family would’ve been in a very bad place without them. You may’ve noticed my overall rating is 4 stars good, while my other service ratings are 5 stars excellent. This is due to what I felt as an “unnecessary” repair that was recommended toward the end of my visit. I just respectfully declined, and Rosen didn’t pressure me any further. I will be going back to Rosen in the future. 👍👍👍👍👍

"Help, in an unexpected time of need"

We were recently on a road trip from Milwaukee to Viroqua, WI on a very hot day Saturday morning while passing through the South Madison, WI area noticed a considerable volume of what appeared to be water entering the passenger footwell everytime we made a left turn. Just a couple minutes later we fortunately noticed a Rosen Nissan dealership along the freeway so decided to stop. We were pleased to see that the service department had Saturday hours and were greeted by the service writer, Bill, who listened to our problem and engaged a technician, Mike, who then proceeded to diagnose the problem. This was made a little more challenging given that our car is a 1991 Nissan 300ZX which at the time was 27 yrs. old. The source of the problem was determined to be a plugged A/C condensate drain and they had us back on our way in less than 30 min. Can’t thank them both enough for not only quickly fixing the problem, but also their friendly, professional and generous personalities and nature. Not to mention we live in Milwaukee (90mi East) so the opportunity to earn our regular business at their Madison location logistically is unlikely. The dealership is lucky to have and smart to have them both on staff. Rosen, along with Nissan should be proud to have them both representing their brands. Thanks Again Bill & Mike!

"Best Service Department "

We have a 2014 Nissan Altima that we purchased from a different dealership. Our car didn't even have 70k miles on it yet but the transmission had to be replaced. Andy, Franz and Nolan in the service department took care of us and treated us VERY well. These guys were honest and straightforward on top of being extremely nice and understanding. We will be Rosen Nissan customers again and again.
