Toyota Corporate Brand Engagement has reached out 4 times to you to restore my warranty. I have the screenshots provided by your service advisor showing the entire record and all 4 services 2 oil changes, tire rotations all billed on one day. I’ve contacted your dealership multiple times all ignored. Restore the Toyoguard warranty I purchased. I have contacted you all so many times, and I was forced to come back to you when you all broke my lug nuts during a previous service visit. I went to another dealership and they could not rotate my tires because you all broke my lug nuts. Restore the warranty.
