Service 2007 Accord would not start reliably, so we brought it in for an unscheduled diagnostic and repair. Mr. Pete Kelley was our Customer Service Advisor, 2007 Accord would not start reliably, so we brought it in for an unscheduled diagnostic and repair. Mr. Pete Kelley was our Customer Service Advisor, and he was very friendly and efficient. He was very candid and realistic in his time estimate for our vehicle, and expedited alternate transportation for us. He updated me about the status of the repair, and was genuinely interested in our satisfaction! I do not know which repair experts worked on our car, but the problem was determined and repaired before the originally estimated time of completion. The Roush Honda service department is the BEST auto service and repair team with whom I have ever dealt !! Eric More
Crashed car while being serviced. I purchased a 2017 honda civic in October 2016, in December I had to take the car in for service due to the proximity locks not working. I got a call I purchased a 2017 honda civic in October 2016, in December I had to take the car in for service due to the proximity locks not working. I got a call the next day from Roush telling me while they were moving my car they hit another car and it was just cosmetic damage. Apparently having to replace the whole front bumper, grill and fog light costing $2500 is cosmetic damage to them. The did repair the damage which took about 3 weeks waiting on parts. But the initial problem of the proximity locks is still not fixed. More

Lack Reliability True to form, the service section of this dealer can never work your car in for service, no matter how immediate the problem. The story is always the True to form, the service section of this dealer can never work your car in for service, no matter how immediate the problem. The story is always the same --- you can call for a service appointment that is two to three weeks out or you could perhaps leave your car here and we will work it in-- sometime! Oh, that would mean you are out of a car? Or driving a car with a safety hazard for 2 or 3 weeks? We are very sorry. It is too bad that we can't get good timely service from our local Honda dealer. While at the shop, her vehicle was involved in an incident. We received a call the next morning from the service center representative explaining what had happened and ensuring us that the Roush team would make things good as new. Not only did the Roush body shop repair the van to our satisfaction, the service team went the extra mile and waved the balance of our original maintenance charges. Truly EXCEPTIONAL service! More

Good for sales but horrible for service This is the third poor experience with service at Roush Honda. I wouldn't have gone back there this time but it was for the airbag recall. They are partnering with Hertz for loaner cars for the cars recalled & unsafe to drive due to faulty airbag. They car they supplied us with was filthy inside (severely stained seats, grime covered steering wheel, etc) and after we got it home discovered it had two bald tires! Called Roush & was informed I needed to deal with Hertz, called Hertz and it goes to voice mail. Waited 2 hours and same thing happened. Called several more times that day with no answer! Went back to calling Roush, asked for Service Manager & as routed to voicemail. Used to prompt provided to transfer out & it hung up! Again this occurred twice. Called directly to service department and asks for Mgr, put on hold & they the call hung up! What! Finally got ahold of Zack in service & he took the initiative to go to another level at Hertz of me. Hoping to resolve today. No more service at Roush. More
