These salesman were honest and helpful as I sp Yesterday I traded in a truck and purchased a truck from Rafael and Vincent at Rt 15 used car center. These salesman were honest and helpful as I spent a few days trying to decide what I wanted. They were never pushy as a lot of other sales people are. I also dealt with Justo and Jose to finalize my sale. All four of these guys work as a smooth team and never once did I feel as if they were not 100% there to satisfy me. The dealership is clean and had a great selection on the lot. I even met a guy named Kenny, AKA "Torture" that proudly had the grounds around the dealership looking like a high end golf course. The manager and finance guys were great to deal with and actually made it a simple process. I usually hate the car buying experience, but I was very happy with everything from the looking, to the test rides to the final paperwork. I recommend this location and team if your looking for a nearly new used vehicle at a fair price. More

Let down. My experience started well here but quickly went downhill. I spent a couple of hours time spread over 2 days working out a deal with the salesman. We My experience started well here but quickly went downhill. I spent a couple of hours time spread over 2 days working out a deal with the salesman. We reached an agreement and made an appointment to finalize the deal yet as I was on my way to the dealership for a scheduled appointment, with money in hand, that I took a day off work for, he called me to say the truck had been sold! He explained that he couldn't hold the truck without a deposit, which I was never asked for. Of course there was nothing to be done, it was a used vehicle and it was gone. If you shop here make sure you deal with a more detailed sales person and not Milton Rodriguez, although he may remember to ask for deposits now. The manager, Jose, was disappointing as well. What a horrible let down this turned out to be. More
