AWESOME MY REVIEW OF PATRICK HEALY WHO MADE ME BELIEVE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND INTERGRITY IN CARE DEALERSHIPS AGAIN I have leased Honda’s for many, many year MY REVIEW OF PATRICK HEALY WHO MADE ME BELIEVE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND INTERGRITY IN CARE DEALERSHIPS AGAIN I have leased Honda’s for many, many years. There was a small time gap when I owned my car and then went back to leasing again in 2016. The experience I had was life scarring. I never want to hear the phrase,”let me go speak to my manager” again. I went to the dealership in West Caldwell which is down the block from where I live, absolutely convenient. The experience, absolutely horrifying. My friend and I were there from 10am to 5:30pm haggling, explaining, repeating over and over again what I was looking for and what I could afford. Then as now I didn’t have a magic purse that could grow extra money and it took forever for them to listen. I did lease my car there, I did get the original price I was able to afford but the battle exhausted me. I decided that when my year was up, while I love Honda’s it would be Toyota, Hyunda or Nissan for me. I was never going to go through that sales experience again Fast forward, lease time is here, the same friend who suffered with me 3 years’ prior, recommends Patrick Healy, sales consultant at Honda Route 23, Wayne. NJ. I am doubtful, still I respect her opinion, she knows the nightmare I had, she experienced it with me and I love my Hondas. I bit the bullet and went If you have ever had a less then incredible experience leasing or buying a car, go see this man, Patrick Healy. Patrick listened to what I was looking for, listened to the price I was able to afford and did NOT ask to see his manager or try to talk me into anything more. He was fair and patient. It was late in the day and he ended up staying past his scheduled time and while I kept apologizing for keeping him late, he kept assuring me it was, “absolutely, no problem.” He set up my phone, offered me coffee, was so sweet and knowledgeable. He was professional, friendly, and straight forward. His knowledge of the vehicle and what works for the customer was also very good. I was impressed with the preparation emails he provided before our scheduled meeting - he provided profiles on vehicles in stock that fit my request (I had specific ones) and was patient with my test drives. I was a demanding buyer and he handled my requests very well. The finance officer was also very nice (Jose). I would recommend this place if you value service and a good inventory of vehicles. More
