Jeff in quicklane was horrible and ignorant, between these three at Rowe Ford I would not recommend a good place to go unless they got rid of these three and hired three friendly individuals that remembered what customer service really is. Rob was amazing in quicklane and I would only tell people to deal with him, thank you Rob for reminding me there are still good customer service people out there. I have only owned Fords and when I went into a dealership the people were always friendly! One out of four is a bad ratio!!! I think other people would love to fill their spot and do a much better job, maybe they should meet Rob who was the only one out of them that actually smiled!!
