"We had some issues with our vehicle that we paid cash!!!!..."

We had some issues with our vehicle that we paid cash!!!! We call our salesman, no response, then we called the service department , no response . We had to call twice to get someone to attend our issues with our call. Finally our car was repaired and the attitude of the service person (Mike) was some what rude and short in attitude. Frankly, we are not satisfied with the repairs. Have taken the car to Firestone!!

I have had my vehicles serviced at this dealer for nearly 10 years and have also bought multiple vehicles from them. Always a great experience. Rocky at the service drive, Chris S service advisor, and Susan the cashier are AWESOME. A special thank you to Susan who I was privileged to visit with today, July 3, 202 as her last day prior to retirement. I have a been a long time customer of both Don Mackey and Royal Buick & GMC. Part of the whole experience with both dealership has been Susan the individual who takes the time to say hello and ask how you are doing. One interfaces with Susan when they are paying for the service which has been performed on their vehicles. Over the years we have come to know each other better and it's like family. I have found that Susan will be retiring this coming July, to me,, Susan will be solely missed and I wish her the best in her new journey in life.
