I would say the dealership is hard to “deal” with. Now don’t get me wrong when I say that. It is a lot easier for a customer to “deal” when you can actually find fault with the dealership, the sales person, or the product. The problem with that is we could not really come up with anything to complain about. Oh, sure, we probably could have tried to play hardball to get the price down a bit more, but it was just not worth it. There were more customers wanting the product we wanted, a late in the model year 2017 Pilot Touring, than there was product available. Besides, this dealership has been good to us in the past, the sales person, Jason Bonnette, went out of his way to explain the vehicle and the purchase process, so we were happy. Our only complaint was we had kind of got ourselves all psyched up to “deal” but as it turned out we didn’t really need to.
"Nick Thurman is the best"
Second vehicle purchased from them and will buy more. Top notch place everyone is friendly and they just plain take care of you, they get you in and things rolling in half the time of other places which is awesome
In my opinion Jason went the extra mile. We talked during work time and I had several questions
and called him after work hours. I even interrupted his football watching. He was extremely curtious and helpful. Buying a car is usually a hair pulling experience. This is not the case when dealing with
